Recruited to establish a growth technology platform and transform the digital experience on the Lume.com website and mobile experience while effectively managing customer-facing digital operations which included an omnichannel 360 experience around eCommerce, email, and storefront digital touchpoints. Remotely built and led a creative team, coaching and mentoring each employee based on performance.

- Scoped and launched a new SEO-rich responsive website delivering +44% YoY revenue growth and reduced digital order transaction times by over 35%.
- Managed the digital omnichannel asset delivery to expedite marketing initiatives including SEO, segmented email, paid placement, loyalty programs, and SMS marketing to drive 70% organic traffic YoY
- Established the company’s digital promotion strategy based on inventory and margins to drive KPIs, common objectives, and goals to achieve a $1.2 MM incremental sales per month.
- Transformed unstructured revenue data into actionable insights around product promotions and advertisements based on inventory and trends.
- Ushered in customer-facing WCAG 2.1 AA web accessibility standards including alt text, form labels, forced focus change, color usage, repetitive content, and ARIA labels.
